Wellbeing Centre
The Wellbeing Centre at St Brendan’s College provides a safe, confidential, and nurturing environment for all students. Designed to promote holistic wellbeing, the Centre includes private spaces where students can meet with professionally qualified psychologists and counsellors in a calming and supportive atmosphere. These staff bring extensive experience and expertise, offering services grounded in principles of strength and empowerment.
Our wellbeing team is dedicated to understanding, supporting, encouraging, and challenging our young men to lead enriched lives and develop meaningful skills for personal success. They assist students in exploring their strengths, emotions, behaviours, relationships, goals, and problem-solving abilities.
Collaboration is central to the Wellbeing Centre's approach. Where appropriate, the team works closely with Heads of Year, Boarding staff, College Leadership, and the Health Centre to promote a culture of health and wellbeing throughout the College.
Students can access the Wellbeing Centre through referrals made by their Head of Year or by self-referring at any time.
At St Brendan’s College, we are committed to fostering an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
